My birthday boy LOVES trains, planes, and automobiles. So we thought he would enjoy riding on Frontrunner for his birthday.
We were right, the kid was SO happy!
He is totally related to his dad.
He rode like this most of the way up to SLC.
We counted at least 20 times that he hit his head on the glass because we would go over a little bump, and because he was so close he would hit his head! Funny kid!
We knew he loved riding the train, but we had to decide what we were going to do once we got to SLC!
Temple Square was an easy option!

The lighting was amazing, and they turned out so cute!
Then we headed over to City Creek Mall.
We stopped at the Disney store, and let P pick out his birthday present from my boss.
Then it was the birthday boy's choice for dinner.
Why were we not suprised with his choice?
Back on the train for home, R showed off her new Pocahontas jewlery from the Disney store. I still haven't figured out how she talked her way into that one! :)

P loved the ride home because Dad played with his new toys too!

Bummer we couldn't join you for this. Thanks again for the invite. Funny that he picked McDonald's for dinner--is it sad that Rori has never eaten there? Not about start. Haha.
