Halloween Cruise

 Last year we missed out on the McSweeney family Christmas Cruise down the Provo river. Jared's sisters Emma and Louisa had done the Halloween Cruise earlier and made everyone go on the Christmas cruise(Christmas of 2010). We were lucky when she brought over 3 tickets for us to try-out the Halloween cruise this year. We wanted to be on the first trip because we had little kids that we needed to get home to bed. I think it would have been a little cooler if it was dark, but such is life.

So this is us waiting. I laugh at P because his coat is to big for him so he literally ate it the whole time!

 You may ask "a cruise in a big boat on Provo river at this time of year". Let me explain because we were a little confused too. It was a really flat boat with no engine. How do you move then? The picture shows exactly that. Our "pirate" pulled us along these ropes. It was slow moving, but we got around.

Jared's thought of the cruise was: L-A-M-E

It was definitely aimed for kids, and the kids really enjoyed it. 

So if you plan on going, remember coats, and remember its for kids.
