I can't believe how fast soccer season came and went. This year R was on the Black Bears team. Each team made up their own name. Not very creative if you ask me. Their shirts are black with a bear on them! :) Everyone in the league had the same shirt, just different colors! So we played against the brown bears, the green bears, etc!

She is so cute!!!! The girl loves soccer!
Last year's long shorts and over-sized shirt, might be the cause of how small she looks!
Check her out this season! This was her stance every time she would wait for the kick-off! My confident little lady!

She still kicks the same. The ball actually did move forward after this picture! Even though it may not look like it!
R loved throwing the ball in, mainly because she would throw it into herself and she would run and kick it away! :) Funny girl!
She had a lot more ball control this year. She would kick it, and actually run after it. Unlike last year she would kick it and stand there! She made a handful of goal by dribbling it all the way down the field by herself!
Her favorite way of getting goals is to let her teammates that are REALLY good let them fight the other team, and have them pass it to her waiting by the goal to kick it in!
We did bribe her with .50 cents a goal. Which seemed perfect at the beginning of the season, but the kid got better. Its almost better that the season is over, because she was averaging 4 goals a game. With 2 games a week, she was raking in the money!

R wasn't as excited as last year with her medal. She even shared it with P!

I have LOVED soccer at this age. They play 3 on 3 with no positions, and no goalies! Its just fun for everyone. I hope that next year R will still love soccer even when she doesn't score 4 goals a game!

Man that girl has grown up !! I love her stance at the beginning of the game. Oozing confidence !! P is getting WAY to big as well :( I miss their cuddles and smile !! Congrats to R for raking in the money to. Maybe next year you should ask for $1.00 per goal !!!
that's hilarious that you guys bribed her for goals! love it. she is so cute. i'm going to have to show sophie these pictures because as of now she has no interest in soccer-- she says she doesn't want to run. yep, that's my daughter all right. :)
