This summer we have been able to take a few adventures with Bob. Those who don't know, Bob is what my kids call my dad. Our first adventure was to Silver Lake, up American Fork Canyon. It was a gorgeous place for a picnic.

The next month we headed even further away and drove into the Uintas, to Upper Provo River Falls. My friend had recently visited it, and I wanted to see it myself.
It did NOT disappoint!

Then we headed into the Uintas to a lake for a picnic lunch!

On the way out we found a spot of snow still left.
We hiked over to it, and had a little snowball fight!
It was a BEAUTIFUL 71'F up in the mountains.
When we were in Springville the temperature had risen to 104'F. OUCH!!!!
What a GREAT day to escape to the mountains!
We LOVE our adventures with Bob!!!
