Girls Getaway

On Aug. 17 my mom, sister, her daughter Kayla, R and I loaded up for a quick girl getaway. We were headed to see the Tuacahn- The Little Mermaid (click here for more information about what Tuacahn is all about)

R really enjoyed the show. In the Broadway version of the show there are more songs than in the movie. R would get really excited when she knew the songs they were singing. The only thing I would change was the time it started. R got really tired towards the end. It didn't get over until after 11pm. When we came out of the theater and were able to meet most of the characters.

Along the way home we had a little family history tour. We stopped in Toquerville. The headstone was my great, great grandpa who was killed by a mob while on a mission.

It was a great QUICK trip. I wish that we could have spent more time down there, but it was amazing! Thanks Mom and Dad!!!
