Folkfest-Monday

Later Monday night we took the girls ice skating. They had never been before and really wanted to try it. My mom was hosting two Puerto Rican boys for the folkfest and they met us at the ice skating rink.

Reagan had never been before too,
but Payton had gone with Jared and the young men in our ward.
It started off like most, and hung onto the wall for dear life.

We found these rental things for kids and Reagan LOVED it.
Then we realized that the girls could use them too.
They loved the support.

 All of our group!
Alice actually figured it our rather quickly.

Anna needed help from Jared and my brother Mike a little longer.
Me and this cute blue eyed baby opted out of skating.
She wouldn't let go of her new stuffed animal!

Anna FINALLY figured it out and with a lot of concentration
was able to make it around by herself!
Even little Rea ditched the walker and skated/walked by herself.
Then we came home and taught the girls the candy bar game.
 They were huge fans!
It was a super busy day, but it was our only day without performances, so we had to get a lot in! Our girls LOVED doing everything. We were meant to have them. Some other girls in their group just wanted to sleep and their host mom(who was pregnant with twins) was super happy that they didn't want to go out and do things!
